How often do you hear: "Oh I can't even remember being (fill in the blank) years old?" With my birthday coming up, I feel like I'm hearing this more and more... and yes, I often feel the same way. I can't remember what I was doing when I was 17, 18 or whatever... But I'm determined to capture some highlights from when I was 24 :)
When I was 24, I ...

When I was 24, I ...
- Quit a perfectly good job because I was "bored"
- ... learned that a good job is hard to come by
- ... worried about money for the first time ever
- ... but was oddly happy
- Celebrated my 24th birthday in Austin with friends <3 Best birthday ever!
- Became a US citizen
- ... and got an excellent offer to work with the government
- Got arrested for driving under the influence
- ... and missed my chance to move to Washington DC
- Got my Master's degrees... and don't feel any smarter
- Made the biggest financial mistake thus far... lesson learned
- Went hiking for the first time ever!
- Traveled to 15 states (including 3 out-of-state interviews)
- ... and fell in love with Indianapolis :)
- ... went to San Francisco to see my good college buddy, Karina before she went back to Indo. Made me feel like my carefree days are officially over :(
- Bought my first car (way late, I know)
- Crossed off 2 things from my "10 Things To Do Before 30" list... I never thought I would get any crossed off!
- Started working out 6 days a week (but still have a hard time walking up a flight of stairs)
- Got my license suspended temporarily (thank you, Department of Licensing... for finally making a decision 9 months after your "deadline")
